How Signals Works

Signals automatically generates personality insights for each agent on the platform. No surveys or assessments to schedule. The system builds insights from calls agents are already making through their existing phone systems and CRM integrations.

Each Signals profile includes:

  • DISC Personality Insights – Four-dimension behavioral assessment (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness) with spectrum bars showing where each agent falls on each trait
  • About Me Narrative – A plain-language personality summary generated from call patterns
  • Core Motivations and Fears – What drives each agent and what triggers resistance, with confidence scores
  • Conflict Style and Social Orientation – How agents handle disagreements and build relationships
  • Personalized Coaching Recommendations – Specific, actionable coaching advice tailored to the agent’s personality type

Recommendations go beyond generic advice. A sample recommendation from the platform: “As an SC, you excel in making sure details are sorted for your clients.
