Shilo started in 2024 with one observation: every day, real estate teams have thousands of conversations with buyers and sellers, and almost all of them disappear. No record of what was said, what was promised, or what could have gone better. Team leaders were coaching from gut feel, hearing fewer than 2% of their team's calls.
Before we wrote a line of production code, we listened. Hundreds of conversations with agents, team leaders, and brokers surfaced the same pattern: overwhelmed by tech stacks, underserved by legacy tools, and burned out by busywork that automation kept promising to fix and never did.
So we built an AI that actually listens. Shilo began by scoring and coaching phone calls. Today it's a full conversation and people intelligence platform: every call graded the second it ends, coaching in the agent's own voice, personality insights on every contact, role play built from real conversations, and CRM updates that write themselves.
