Off limits
- Bidding on “Shilo,” “Shilo AI,” or misspellings in search ads.
- Coupon, deal, and cashback sites.
- Cold email, bulk texts, or scraped lists.
- Referring yourself, your household, or a current Shilo customer.

Does the program include Team plans?
No. Commission is paid on Shilo Solo, the plan for individual agents. If you want to bring Shilo to an entire team or brokerage, email hello@shilo.ai and we'll set that up separately.
When do I get paid?
Monthly, by direct deposit from the Shilo Affiliate Hub. A sale counts once the agent's 7-day trial ends, their first payment goes through, and 60 days pass without a refund or chargeback. Balances under $150 roll into the next month.
What counts as a referral?
A new Shilo customer who clicks your link and subscribes to Solo within 90 days. Last click wins. Current customers, past customers, and your own accounts don't qualify.
What if my referral cancels or gets a refund?
You're paid on money Shilo actually receives. A refund or chargeback comes out of your balance, which is exactly what the 60-day hold is for. A cancellation just stops future commission on that agent.
Can I run paid ads?
Yes, on your own keywords and creative. Bidding on Shilo's name, product names, or misspellings is the one hard line, and it ends your participation.
Who can join?
Anyone 18 or older based in the US or Canada who reaches real estate agents: coaches, team leaders, creators, agents with a following. Apply with the channels you'll use and we'll review it by hand.
