Austin Hale

Austin Hale has spent more than 20 years turning complex, real-world workflows into software people actually use. He sold his first company while still in college and later led technology development for the National Real Estate Investors Association, where he modernized member platforms and launched an accreditation and training system.

At Realeflow, a software platform for real estate investors, Austin rose from Product Manager to Chief Technology Officer, led a major platform modernization, and helped triple its user base. He later co-founded Tactic, a hybrid-work platform adopted by hundreds of organizations, including the United Nations, Red Bull, and Grammarly.

Today, Austin is Chief Product Officer at Shilo, where he leads product work across conversation intelligence, AI coaching, and role play for real estate teams. He writes from the perspective of a founder and operator working where real estate, software, sales performance, and AI meet.
